1. Are all products 100% genuine and factory-sealed?

Yes, absolutely. All Pokémon, Panini, Topps, and Magic: The Gathering products sold on Supplarium are 100% brand new, authentic, and factory-sealed with original manufacturer shrink-wrap and pull-strips intact. We never sell loose packs, unsealed boxes, or weighed items.

2. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from our European facility in Kaunas, Lithuania. Typical transit times are:

• France & European Union: 2 to 5 business days via DHL Express, DPD, or Colissimo.
• United Kingdom & Switzerland: 3 to 6 business days via DHL / UPS.
• United States & International: 4 to 8 business days via DHL Express Air.

3. Is shipping free?

Yes! We provide FREE Tracked & Insured Express Shipping on all orders of €200.00 or more delivered within the European Union. For orders under €200, transparent real-time courier rates are calculated at checkout.

4. How are collectible boxes protected in transit?

We understand collector standards. Every box is encased in heavy bubble wrap and shipped inside sturdy double-wall cardboard boxes fitted with protective corner guards to prevent any corner dings or transit compression.

5. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To protect the integrity of collectible trading cards, items must be returned in their original, unopened, factory-sealed condition with all shrink-wrap intact. There are 0% restocking fees.

6. How do I track my order?

Once your parcel is handed to the carrier, you will automatically receive an email confirmation with your official tracking number and live tracking link. You can also contact our logistics desk at support@supplarium.com with your order number.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL security through Shopify Payments.
