1. Order Processing Time
- All in-stock orders are processed, packed, and handed over to carriers within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- Pre-order products ship immediately on the official manufacturer street release date specified on the product page.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Orders within the EU: All prices displayed on Supplarium include applicable European Value Added Tax (VAT). There are no customs duties or surprise import fees upon delivery.
- Non-EU Destinations: For orders delivered outside the European Union, import taxes or customs clearance fees may be assessed by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
